My husband and I are having an event this weekend so we drove and hour to El Sarten Latino to carter our event, we ended up ordering the picadera plate, mango and passion fruit juice to eat on our way back home to taste it and it was amazing. The best hour decision we ever made. Let's also talk about how amazing Wanda's (the owner) service was ! She gave us every detail of what was convenient for us for the type of event we are having. The ambiance definitely felt like home! We are super excited to have our food carter this weekend.
Service was very quick and the food was great! we got the cerdo guisada with sweet plantains and it was delicious enough to have me looking up recipes on the way back. Small place-- the way to the bathroom was narrow and partially blocked.
Great home cooked meals! They run out of popular dishes so you must order early. It is a bit pricey but the food is good.

Food is "por la maseta!" Whenever I need a quick fix of my home food I come here. La carne guisada is my favorite but everything I've tried is delicioso.

Omg! The stewed beef went so easly down my piehole. Everything I had made from scratch. Huge portion size but I still inhaled that entire plate of stewed beef and rice. My stomach was so full but happy! The stewed pork was also amazing. I had the scratch made empanadas Huge! portion size again. Great Job!!!!
